CXD India – Material Return Policy

At CXD India, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be certain unavoidable circumstances where a product may need to be returned.
This Material Return Policy outlines the conditions under which materials may be returned, the items that are non-returnable, and the procedure to be followed for a valid return.
1. Return Eligibility
While most CXD products carry a policy of Zero Day Return, certain categories are strictly Non-Returnable (NR) due to their nature or customisation requirements.
Non-Returnable (NR) Items
All chemical products, owing to their sensitive and perishable nature
Any custom-made or specially ordered items manufactured or procured on specific demand
These items are non-returnable under any condition.
2. Inspection Criteria for Material Returns
All materials returned to CXD India are subject to inspection and must meet the following conditions:
Material must be unused and in saleable condition
Material must be in its original packing
All combos or kits must be returned in full — partial returns are not accepted
3. Procedure for Returning Material
To initiate a return, please follow the process below:
Verify the invoice to ensure that the product is not classified as NR (Non-Returnable).
Confirm that the material meets all inspection criteria mentioned above.
Submit a return request by writing to support@cxdindia.com within 30 days from the date of receipt of material.
Our team will review your request and contact you to understand the reason for return.
Upon approval, CXD India will arrange for pickup of the material, and you will receive pickup details via SMS or email.
Once the material is received at our warehouse, it will be inspected for quantity and condition.
After successful inspection, your return will be processed as per company policy.
4. Important Note
The decision to accept or reject a return shall be at the sole discretion of CXD India.
Returns that do not comply with the above guidelines will not be accepted.
Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will be processed only after successful inspection and approval by CXD.
