Welcome to CXD India.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products from our website or through any CXD India representative, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging in any transaction.
1. General
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all products, services, and content provided by CXD India(“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
CXD India reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
2. Products and Pricing
All products, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices are as per the CXD India Price List effective at the time of order placement.
Any typographical or clerical errors in quotations, invoices, or documentation may be corrected by CXD India without liability.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, duties, freight, etc.), unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Orders may be placed through authorized CXD representatives, our website, or in writing via official communication channels.
An order will be considered accepted only after written confirmation or issuance of an invoice by CXD India.
CXD India reserves the right to cancel or reject any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or regulatory restrictions.
4. Payment Terms
Payments must be made as per the terms mentioned on the invoice or quotation.
CXD India reserves the right to withhold dispatch or cancel orders in case of delayed or non-receipt of payment.
Interest may be charged on overdue payments at the prevailing market rate.
Payments are accepted through approved channels — including bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or authorized payment gateways.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to logistics and courier availability.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon dispatch from CXD’s warehouse.
CXD India will not be liable for delays caused by transportation, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.
Freight and insurance charges, if applicable, will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Material Return Policy
Please refer to our Material Return Policy for complete details on eligibility, procedure, and inspection conditions.
In summary:
Certain items (chemical products, customized orders, or made-to-order materials) are non-returnable.
All returns must be pre-approved and initiated within 30 days of receipt.
CXD reserves the sole discretion to approve or reject a return after inspection.
7. Product Usage and Liability
All CXD India products must be used as per the recommended application guidelines.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for determining product suitability for intended use.
CXD India will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of product use, misuse, or failure.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are available upon request.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on CXD India’s website, including logos, brand names, and documentation, is the intellectual property of CXD India.
No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Any technical data, pricing, or proprietary information shared by CXD India shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed or used without prior authorization.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
