CXD India – Shipping Policy

At CXD India, we are committed to ensuring that your products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and terms related to delivery of products purchased through our website, authorized representatives, or any official sales channel.


1. General Information

  1. All orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  2. Orders received after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  3. Shipping timelines and delivery schedules will depend on the type of product, destination, and availability of our logistics partners.

  4. Any specific delivery commitments or timelines shall be as agreed at the time of order confirmation.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most cities and industrial zones across India through our network of approved courier and transport partners.
For remote, high-security, or restricted locations, deliveries are subject to partner serviceability and may require additional lead time.
International shipments may be arranged upon request, subject to compliance with export and safety regulations.


3. Shipping Timelines

⏱️ Note: All dispatches and deliveries are subject to courier or transporter performance, route conditions, and unforeseen delays.
CXD India shall not be held liable for any delay caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond its control.


4. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges are determined based on weight, volume, delivery location, and mode of transport.

  2. Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or mentioned in the official quotation/invoice.

  3. For bulk or customized orders, freight may be billed separately as per the logistics partner’s rate card.

  4. Any optional services such as insurance, express delivery, or special handling will be charged extra.


5. Order Tracking

  1. Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  2. You may track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking portal or by contacting support@cxdindia.com.

  3. In case of shipment delays, loss, or exceptions, our support team will coordinate with the shipping partner and keep you informed.


6. Inspection and Receipt of Material

  1. Customers are advised to inspect the goods at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

  2. In case of visible damage, leakage, or quantity discrepancy:

    • Mention remarks on the delivery challan or proof of delivery (POD).

    • Notify CXD India immediately at support@cxdindia.com with supporting photos or evidence.

  3. Claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of material receipt. Claims beyond this window may not be entertained.


7. Ownership and Risk

  1. All goods are dispatched on an Ex-Works or FOB (Free on Board) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. The risk and title of goods transfer to the buyer immediately upon dispatch from our warehouse.

  3. In case of insured shipments, any claims shall be processed as per the courier or transporter’s policy.


8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  1. If the shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, it will be returned to CXD’s warehouse.

  2. Re-delivery or redirection will be done only upon customer request and subject to additional shipping costs.

  3. CXD India reserves the right to cancel the order or deduct return logistics charges from any applicable refund in such cases.


9. International Shipping (if applicable)

  1. International shipments are subject to feasibility and export compliance.

  2. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes shall be borne entirely by the buyer.

  3. CXD India will provide necessary export documentation (MSDS, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.) upon request.
